What is TeamAssist?
TeamAssist is a sports team organizer and coach’s tool set, served up in an attractive, personalized, easy-to-use web site. Each team’s site comes with complete set of TeamAssist features that coaches need to run their sports programs smoothly and more effectively.
My team already has a web site.
Why do we need TeamAssist?
TeamAssist is much more than a web site. TeamAssist features are designed with the input of coaches, players, athletic directors and fans to provide a sport and team-centric organizational tool. Team sites use TeamAssist to allow players, parents, and other community members to enter and share their own information. TeamAssist tools automatically store the information and provide a variety of display formats useful to coaches and fans, such as team rosters, game lineups, and email lists. TeamAssist provides many of the standard features of sports web sites, such as schedules and directions, but extends the usefulness of these features by linking them together in an attractive design to make finding and using information very easy. Custom features such as a photo gallery of the current season, a history album, an alumni directory, and a season upgrade seamlessly integrate to provide you and your team a productivity tool well beyond any other sports web site. TeamAssist features are constantly being evaluated and improved by our many coach and team customers, evolving new features to best meet user needs.

Why should I upgrade to TeamAssist Pro?
For $250 per year, you can upgrade to TeamAssist Pro and enjoy the benefits of a unique domain name (e.g. www.myteam.com), a custom banner, unlimited email sending to team members and more.
Do I need a web site "address"?
If you do not already have an registered “address”, better known as a domain name, for your web site, we will register a name of your choice for you at no additional charge. If you already have a registered domain name for a web site, we can help you transfer that name to your new site at no additional charge.
Who updates my site? How does the information get on the site?
Your site comes with a complete set of administrative tools to personalize and update information. You can easily post notices, enter news articles, and upload photographs to your site. Coaches have editing privileges on the site, and they can designate a parent, manager or other administrator to edit the site as well. For example, you may want to allow multiple parents to provide game pictures after each game, or a student player or manager to enter results or game coverage.
How do my players and parents register?
Players and parent access the site from any computer with an Internet browser. They then click on the “Register” link on the Home page and follow a simple registration process, providing their names and contact information, and player information such as jersey number or position. The coach, or appointed administrator, receives notification when anyone registers on the site, and is able to approve or refuse each registrant. Once approved, player information appears in the team roster, and parent information is available to the coach for communication or organizational purposes.
How long does it take to set up my site?
Typically, a site can be ready in 24 – 48 hours, if using our standard banner layout. Sites with custom logos may take slightly longer. Once the site is ready for use, it usually takes a week or two before all players have registered and been approved, and information such as team schedules are entered. This, of course, depends on the site administrator, and can be accomplished more quickly.
